7. Returns and Exchanges
    •    Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery. After that, the product is no longer eligible for return.
    •    Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags intact, to be eligible for return or exchange.
    •    Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed to be in unharmed and original condition. If the item is returned in damaged condition or without tags, Heer by Am reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the return and refund.
    •    Refunds will not be released until we receive the product and confirm that it is in a suitable condition.
